A Piece of Kake

Join co-hosts Sarah Campen and Mona Evan for stories of community, culture, and a whole 'lotta food from the village of Kake, Alaska: a traditionally Lingít community that Haida, Tsimshian and others now also call home.

A Piece of Kake is created with my friend and co-host Mona Evan. Tune in to learn about traditional food harvesting, Lingít and Haida ways of life, stories of family, friends, and community change over time.

We are now officially a partnership project with the Organized Village of Kake! And we are now supported by the Institute for Museum and Library Services!

Season 2 will air in early 2023!
